Co-founded by Fraser and Chloë Malyk, Skär Organics was created to offer a more honest, restorative approach within an industry that too often relies on poor ingredients, synthetic fragrances and pesticides. An independent family business established in 2019, Skär Organics is proud to be the UK’s first certified organic candle maker—setting a new benchmark and helping to drive positive change across the industry.

Organic certification ensures that every ingredient is managed to the strictest standards at every stage of the process. For example, Skär Organics’ beeswax requires a 3km radius around the apiary where pollen and nectar sources primarily come from organic and spontaneous vegetation - free from pesticides, roads and other potential sources of contamination. This approach not only protects the bees, but also safeguards beekeepers, soils, rivers, wildlife and the home.

By combining expert candle making with the purest ingredients and a refined aesthetic, Skär Organics creates candles designed to support a cleaner, more considered way of living.

Crafted for gentle evenings and the small rituals that ground us, Skär Organics's range of toxin-free aromatherapy candles is made with pure organic beeswax, the finest organic essential oils and organic unbleached cotton wicks. As the first fully certified organic aromatherapy candles, they showcase carefully developed scent blends and meticulous, small-batch production.
