Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you can use our self-serve cancellation option directly from the order status page linked in your confirmation email (no login required), or via your customer account.

All online orders incur a processing fee, which is not refunded to us if you cancel your order. As such, order cancellations will incur these charges, which will be deducted from your refund. 

UK Shipping & Delivery

Greetings cards and Yoto cards ship for £1.05, regardless of quantity (48 Hour Large Letter Service)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-5 days delivery time from dispatch) within the UK is £3.20. Orders between £50 - £249.99 in value will be posted for free using this service.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days delivery time from dispatch) within the UK is £5.00. Orders over £250 will be posted for free using this service.

Express Domestic Delivery (Usually Next Working Day Service by Royal Mail) is available for £8. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day with Express delivery will be posted the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be posted the following working day, unless we can manage a quick turnaround to do it same day, but this can't be guaranteed. (Note: this means orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be posted until Monday).

Tracked 48 Service orders will be processed and packed within 3-5 working days. 

Tracked 24 Service orders aim to be processed the same day as ordered, or the following day.
