What are your opening times?
Our Totnes store is open Monday - Saturday: 10:15 - 16:30. We are closed on Sundays. You can shop online with us 24/7.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, you can shop online with us or if you are in South Devon, England and fancy popping by, our store can be found on Totnes’ vibrant highstreet, amongst other independent shops. Our address is: 76 High Street, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 5SN

Do you ship internationally?

Why don't you ship to Europe or Northern Ireland?
Shipping to Europe is currently paused due to the new GPSR rules. We are investigating if it is possible to reinstate this option and will have news in 2025.

What is your return policy?
We are happy to refund any items that are unworn and returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Please send the return back to the following address, and enclose a note with your name and order number so as the order can be traced and a refund processed: SMALL-FOLK, 76 High Street, Totnes, Devon. TQ9 5SN. England.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order using a variety of methods, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Clearpay. You will see the full selection of payment option choices on the checkout page, or for a preview, look to the right side of our website footer.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please include this in your return parcel. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For exchanges we will try our best to exchange the item like-for-like.

I have a faulty item, what should I do?

How can I find the sizing for your products?
We stock a variety of clothing, footwear and accessories brands with sizes for babies, children and women. Many of our designs have also been designed with unisex wear in mind. It is best to contact us to ask about specific products as each brand has its own sizing chart. We are always happy to help and to recommend appropriate products and sizes.
