September 2026 USA Shipping Updates

Due to new CPSC eFiling safety compliance requirements for U.S. imports, it is necessary for us to adjust our shipping policies. Beginning September 2026, we will be unable to ship the following categories to addresses in the USA:

• Baby clothing, shoes, and accessories
• Children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories
• Children's books and toys

While you can still browse our full catalogue, affected items cannot be purchased if a U.S. shipping destination is selected.

Please be reassured that all products stocked at SMALL-FOLK undergo rigorous safety testing by our brand partners, with key safety guidelines noted in each product description. This temporary pause is strictly due to new import logistics, not product safety.

Apolina AW26 Exception: The Apolina AW26 baby and children’s collection is available for U.S. shipment. However, collections prior to AW26 cannot be shipped to the USA.

We apologise for this disruption and are actively working on a solution to restore shipping for these items as soon as possible.

March 2026 Shipping Update: Middle East Deliveries

Due to temporary airspace restrictions across parts of the Middle East, some international courier services are experiencing disruption.

Orders shipping to Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and neighbouring regions may experience longer transit times or temporary delivery delays while airlines adjust their routes.

If you are placing an order to one of these destinations, please allow additional time for delivery. We will continue to dispatch orders as normal and will provide tracking updates as soon as your parcel is in transit.

International Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you can use our self-serve cancellation option directly from the order status page linked in your confirmation email (no login required), or via your customer account.

All online orders incur a processing fee, which is not refunded to us if you cancel your order. As such, order cancellations will incur these charges, which will be deducted from your refund. 

International orders made using a different currency also incur a currency conversion fee, which is again not refunded to us if the order is cancelled.

For parcels weighing over 5kg but under 10kg, this increases to a £40 shipping fee for FedEx International Connect Plus.

For parcels over 10kg in weight, please contact us for a shipping quote, as you will not be able to checkout.

Rest of World Zone 1

Australia, Brazil, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, New Zealand, and Saudi Arabia

Standard Shipping (2-5 business days from dispatch) is £25
Express Shipping (1-3 business days from dispatch) is £30

Standard Shipping is with FedEx International Connect Plus, Express Shipping is with FedEx International Priority

Rest of World Zone 2

All countries not mentioned above will fall within Rest of World Zone 2.
There is a flat rate of shipping of £40 for FedEx International Connect Plus, 2-5 business days from dispatch.
