DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All online orders incur a processing fee, which is not refunded to us if you cancel your order.
As such, order cancellations will incur these charges, which will be minused from your refund.
International orders made using a different currency also incur a currency conversion fee, which is again not refunded to us if the order is cancelled.

ONLINE SHIPPING & RETURNS
*Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns or cover postage costs at this time.
We are happy to refund any items that are unworn and returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Be sure to double-check underwear sizing (women's and children's knickers and boxers) before you purchase, as these are non-returnable and refunds will not be given.
If you have purchased online with us, please send the return to the following address, and enclose a note with your name and order number so that the order can be traced and a refund processed. We will complete this as soon as possible once the item has been received by us.

If returning from overseas, please ensure the package is clearly marked as a RETURN. If this is not done, customs administration charges may be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, we ask that either the above procedure be used to return, and a new order be placed online for the preferred item, or contact us via email to help: hello@small-folk.co.uk.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges any other way. We apologise for this.
If an item you receive is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible either by telephone, email or post so we can rectify the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
