Named after founder Laurence King, this London based publishing house was established in 1991 and offers an eclectic array of colourful children’s books, educational materials and gifts in the fields of design, fashion, art, architecture, and photography. From Fairy Atlas’ and Tarot Cards for kids, to a series of fun Pierre the Maze Detective puzzles and informative nature guides, we love the broad range of stories, tales and adventures Laurence King Publishing’s book selection offers.

Committed to sustainable and ethical practices within all areas of business, Laurence King Publishing uses PREPS (a database for responsible environmental paper sourcing) to help them source the most sustainable paper suppliers and PRELIMS (a database of the publishing industry Code of Conduct for suppliers) to ensure that they only work with printers who meet recognised standards for both labour and environmental practices. Laurence King Publishing are also longstanding participants in the Book Chain Project, an initiative set up to help publishers make informed buying decisions at every stage of their book supply chain.
