These dates are following the recommendations from each individual service. Seasonal postage delays are to be expected and may change, so to avoid disappointment please order as early as possible.

Italy, Greece & Portugal

DOMESTIC

Standard post (Royal Mail 2nd Class, UNTRACKED) within the UK is £2.99. Orders over £50 in value will be posted for free, with tracking added for free on orders over £100, and Special Delivery next day service on orders over £200.

There is an option for 'Signed For' shipping, 1st Class, which is £4.99

Express domestic delivery (Next Day Service) is available for £7.99, orders placed before 12pm on a working day with Express delivery will be posted the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be posted the following working day unless we can manage a quick turnaround to do it same day but this can't be guaranteed. (Note, this means orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be posted until Monday)

Standard shipping orders will be processed and packed within 3-5 working days, we are a small team working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible so please bear with us, especially during busy periods

INTERNATIONAL

ANY IMPORT DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT TO BE PAID TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS

If import duties are not paid and the parcel is returned by the shipping company, any costs related to the return of the parcel will be deducted from the customer refund which will be processed when the goods are back with us. Should the related costs exceed the value of the order, no further action will be taken to recover the excess costs.

Standard post within Europe is £5.99 (Royal Mail International Standard Airmail UNTRACKED). Orders over £100 in value will be posted for free via this method. There is the option for Tracked OR Tracked and Signed for Shipping (dependent on the country you are in) which is £9.99 and an Express option using DHL or UPS is available for £14.99

Standard post to World Zone 1 is £9.99 (Royal Mail International Standard Airmail UNTRACKED). Orders over £250 in value will be posted for free using a tracked courier service.

Express courier service is available for £19.99, this usually takes up to 5 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Standard post to World Zone 2 is £19.99 (Royal Mail International Standard Airmail UNTRACKED). Orders over £250 in value will be posted for free using a tracked service.

Express service is available for £39.99, the courier used will depend on the country the parcel is going to, but will be either UPS, DHL or DPD.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to refund any items that are unworn and returned to us in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase date. Please send the return back to the following address, and enclose a note with your name and order number so as the order can be traced and a refund processed.

If returning from overseas please ensure the package is clearly marked as a RETURN. If this is not done, customs administration charges may be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges we ask that the above procedure is used and a new order placed online for the preferred item. Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges any other way and we apologise for this.

If an item you receive is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible either by telephone, email or post so as we can rectify the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
