DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Greetings cards and Yoto cards ship for £1.05, regardless of quantity (Standard 1st class service)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-5 days delivery time from dispatch) within the UK is £3.20. Orders between £50-£249.99 in value will be posted for free using this service.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days delivery time from dispatch) within the UK is £5.00. Orders over £250 will be posted for free using this service.

Express domestic delivery (Usually Next Working Day Service by Royal Mail) is available for £8, orders placed before 12pm on a working day with Express delivery will be posted the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be posted the following working day unless we can manage a quick turnaround to do it same day but this can't be guaranteed. (Note, this means orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be posted until Monday). Heavier items on Express Service will be shipped using a 1-2 Working Day service with UPS.

Tracked 48 service orders will be processed and packed within 3-5 working days, we are a small team working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible so please bear with us, especially during busy periods. Tracked 24 we will aim to process the same day as ordered, or the following.

                                                                                                                                  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

ANY IMPORT DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT TO BE PAID TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS

If import duties are not paid and the parcel is returned by the shipping company, any costs related to the return of the parcel will be deducted from the customer refund which will be processed when the goods are back with us. Should the related costs exceed the value of the order, no further action will be taken to recover the excess costs.

Standard post within Europe is £15.00 (Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed). 

Express Europe delivery using DHL or UPS is available for £20

Shipping of large and heavy items is weight dependent ranging from £40-100 and will be calculated at checkout.

                                                                                                                                  

Standard post to World Zone 1 (Japan, Canada, United States, U.S. Outlying Islands, Australia, New Zealand (16 of 17 regions)) is £20 (Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed).

Express courier service is available for £25, this usually takes up to 5 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Shipping of large and heavy items is weight dependent ranging from £40-100 and will be calculated at checkout.

                                                                                                                                  

Standard post to World Zone 2 (Rest of World) is £25 (Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed).

Express courier service is available for £55, the courier used will depend on the country the parcel is going to, but will be either UPS, DHL or DPD.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to refund any items that are unworn and returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Be sure to double-check underwear sizing (women's and children's knickers and boxers) before you purchase as these are non-returnable and refunds will not be given.

Please send the return back to the following address, and enclose a note with your name and order number so as the order can be traced and a refund processed.

If returning from overseas please ensure the package is clearly marked as a RETURN. If this is not done, customs administration charges may be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges we ask that either the above procedure is used, to return, and a new order placed online for the preferred item... or contact us via email to help. Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges any other way and we apologise for this.

If an item you receive is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible either by telephone, email or post so as we can rectify the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
