March 2026 Shipping Update: Middle East Deliveries
Due to temporary airspace restrictions across parts of the Middle East, some international courier services are experiencing disruption.
Orders shipping to Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and neighbouring regions may experience longer transit times or temporary delivery delays while airlines adjust their routes.
If you are placing an order to one of these destinations, please allow additional time for delivery. We will continue to dispatch orders as normal and will provide tracking updates as soon as your parcel is in transit.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All online orders incur a processing fee, which is not refunded to us if you cancel your order.
As such, order cancellations will incur these charges, which will be minused from your refund.
International orders made using a different currency also incur a currency conversion fee, which is again not refunded to us if the order is cancelled.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Greetings cards and Yoto cards ship for £1.05, regardless of quantity (48 Hour Large Letter Service)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-5 days delivery time from dispatch) within the UK is £3.20. Orders between £50 - £249.99 in value will be posted for free using this service.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days delivery time from dispatch) within the UK is £5.00. Orders over £250 will be posted for free using this service.
Express domestic delivery (Usually Next Working Day Service by Royal Mail) is available for £8, orders placed before 12pm on a working day with Express delivery will be posted the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be posted the following working day unless we can manage a quick turnaround to do it same day but this can't be guaranteed. (Note: this means orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be posted until Monday)
Tracked 48 service orders will be processed and packed within 3-5 working days, we are a small team working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible so please bear with us, especially during busy periods. Tracked 24 we will aim to process the same day as ordered, or the following.

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
*Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns or cover postage costs at this time.
We are happy to refund any items that are unworn and returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Be sure to double-check underwear sizing (women's and children's knickers and boxers) before you purchase, as these are non-returnable and refunds will not be given.
If you have purchased online with us, please send the return to the following address, and enclose a note with your name and order number so that the order can be traced and a refund processed. We will complete this as soon as possible once the item has been received by us.

If returning from overseas, please ensure the package is clearly marked as a RETURN. If this is not done, customs administration charges may be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, we ask that either the above procedure be used to return, and a new order be placed online for the preferred item, or contact us via email to help: hello@small-folk.co.uk.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges any other way. We apologise for this.
If an item you receive is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible either by telephone, email or post so we can rectify the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
