Shipping and Returns
Standard post (Royal Mail 2nd Class) within the UK is £2.99. Orders over £50 in value will be posted for free! Please be aware that orders placed over the weekend (Friday evening through to Sunday evening) may not be shipped until the Tuesday as the shop is not open on Mondays. (This does not apply to Express orders, please see below)
There is a UPS service available which is approx 1-2 days delivery time, it is not guaranteed next day as the Express service is but may sometimes arrive next day anyway.
Express domestic delivery (Next Day Service) is available for £7.99 orders placed before 12pm on a working day with Express delivery will be posted the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be posted the following working day. (Note, this means orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be posted until Monday morning)
ANY IMPORT DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT TO BE PAID TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS
Standard post within Europe is £5.99 (Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed). Orders over £100 in value will be posted for free!
Standard post to World Zone 1 is £9.99 (Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed). Orders over £250 in value will be posted for free! UPS Express service is available for £19.99, this usually takes around 5 working days to arrive.
Standard post to World Zone 2 is £19.99 (Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed). Orders over £250 in value will be posted for free! Express service is available for £39.99, the courier used will depend on the country the parcel is going to, but will be either UPS, DHL or DPD.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to refund any items that are unworn and returned to us in their original packaging. Please send the return back to the following address, and enclose a note with your name and order number so as the order can be traced and a refund processed.

If returning from overseas please ensure the package is clearly marked as a RETURN. If this is not done, customs administration charges may be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges we ask that the above procedure is used and a new order placed online for the preferred item. Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges any other way and we apologise for this.
If an item you receive is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible either by telephone, email or post so as we can rectify the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
