XS-S is about UK 8-10 (waist measurement of between 76cm unstretched - 94cm fully stretched)
S-M is about UK 12-14 (waist measurement of between 80cm unstretched - 110cm fully stretched)
M-L is about UK 16-18 (waist measurement of between 84cm unstretched - 113cm fully stretched)
