The SMALL-FOLK Book of the Week: Rainbow Hands - Mamta Nainy; Jo Loring-Fisher

Our Book of the Week:
Book of the Week this week is Rainbow Hands by Mamta Nainy and illustrated by Jo Loring-Fisher.

It tells the story of a child who loves to paint their nails, different colours for their different moods. For the younger readers it is a beautiful repetitive read, full of colours and feelings, ideal for beginning to explore these things. For older readers the depth of the story and the question of how to be oneself in the face of judgement or lack of understanding are topics that are important to explore.
A fabulous book, with a large age range of potential audience, and really key topics of discussion we should all be having with our kids.

Rainbow Hands has been published by Lantana.
We shared a preview of this book on our Instagram, take a look here.
